I am in the same boat, yesterday talked to the Attorney Murthy, she said there is no need of H4 approval document/extension if they go out of country. If Stamping is needed your extension of H1 Should be approved

A weekend based in the City? If the weather is good, Marin, Point Reyes, and urban shooting... If the weather is bad, the city museums, food, and entertainment...

We have had several wonderful members who have joined the chapter already. We are forming local networks in Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville so that it's easier for all TN members to participate in the chapter activities. Coordination of the activities will be done through the Yahoo group.
I'll be coordinating activities in Nashville area. So if you are from Nashville or surburbs, feel free to PM me.
Mahatma has kindly agreed to coordinate the activities in Knoxville area. If you are in Knoxville or surrounding areas PM him, he'll help us get organized. Members like him who already have their GCs and helping our cause is a real insiration to the rest of us.

IV TN is not all Immigration. We are building strong network of likeminded persons. It will not only help us work with IV to solve our GC problem, but also spin off into future opportunities from the development of these network.
All in all, I really feel blessed to be working with this group of motivated volunteers.

My lawyer sends each and every piece of information. They sent 9089 for review,797 for labor also. They sent me the original approved labor certificate for my signature to file for 140. and also 797 copy for 140.
Though the employer processes labor and 140, Employee should ensure the accuracy of the information on all the applications. Employer should not deny for this.
These employers that abuse employees need to learn some lessons on how to treat their employees.
I think IV needs to take an inititave on these small scale body shopping employers who are not treating their employers with respect and the dignity they deserve.

Yes I feel at the end of the day most people were against amnesty, and other Bills for Illegals kind of would have lead to it inspite of promising not to (backdoor).
This was all in spite of them having spent millions of dollars over more than 4 years, along with campaign contributions, processions, strong lobbying and what not, and still no change in law to show for it - back to square one.
They have a huge advantage over Immigration voice in terms of donors and funding available, which needs to change.

Can you start residency on EAD if you are the primary for 485? Meaning, can you use AC21 and change jobs from research to residency after 180 days from filing? Please help, really confused.

I am going to Houston and will be ther all week next week. I am going to be very busy. Can somebody who is well versed with google spreadsheet take care of this data and moderate it. You will have to do things like:

I think this has happened a lot and not sonething to worry about before December. If by then you haven't received the receipt - then call them.
